And here is the finished yarn.
And now on the spinning wheel, a 80/20 Merino/Tussah Silk roving from Cloudlover69 on etsy. Natalie called this colorway "Olivia" and I am calling the yarn "Olivia's Pansies". I'll get photos of the finished yarn posted when I've completed the spinning, plying and steaming. This one should end up looking similar to the Crocuses yarn but the shades of blue and green are different. This one is spinning up lighter in color than the Crocuses roving and I should have longer runs of color in the Pansies yarn. The fiber is super soft and a joy to spin and should be uber soft and lustrous when I'm finished with it.

beautiful work! I'm so happy to see what you did with the fiber. you definitely did it justice. :D
I'm so glad you like it! I absolutely LOVE how it turned out!
Those colors are so pretty! Looks so soft too.
Oh, those are gorgeous.
It's so gorgeous! My favorite color palette
Very pretty I love the color combination
I'm with Nancy--that is my favorite palette. Lovely, just lovely.
I had to smile at how similar those two colourways are. I always gravitate toward the same things - usually green and/or teal-heavy. That is one of the things I like best about being in your fiber clubs. I receive things that push me in my colour zones sometimes and get me out of my rut! I am always delighted with the end results, even if I wasn't sure if the roving is "my colours" at first. Invariably, it is always my new favourite when I am finished spinning! If it were not for that, I'd probably always be spinning in green!
Oh my gosh! my jaw dropped when I saw the first yarn, that is so gorgeous! I need to use some more of my current stash, but I will definitely have to come by your shop in the future :D
