This Custom Fiber Blend combines custom dyed wool roving, Mohair, Tussah Silk and Angelina in rosy pinks, golden yellows, lavender/violet/purple and soft peachy/oranges to create this beautiful Custom Fiber Blend that we call Hawaiian Sunset. Gently blended on our hand crank drum carder using a technique we have perfected to assure good color separation.

Fiber Content:

50% Wool

30% Mohair

20% Tussah Silk

Angelina

2.0 oz in one beautiful lofty soft batt.

I created a similar blend previously and have also put in a photo of the yarns I spun from that blend so you can have a better idea of how this blend should look when spun into yarn.

WALK ON THE WILD SIDE

A gorgeous blend of soft fibers in tan, gray, silver, rust, brown, peach, apricot, gold and reddish brown. Custom dyed mohair, silk and soft fine wool roving blended with Black Diamond Bamboo and two colors of alpaca/silk top. This custom fiber blend reminds me of the colors of wild animals: tigers, leopards, lions, cheetahs. So, take a walk on the wild side with this beautiful LE custom fiber blend!

Fiber Content:

33% Alpaca/Silk Top

30% Soft Fine Wool

12% Mohair

15% Bamboo

10% Silk

Newest Colorway - Chocolate Berries

My newest colorway is Chocolate Berries - rich chocolately colors of chestnut and brown along with berry colors of russet, vermillion and burgundy - on luxurious soft fibers: Merino & Silk, Merino & Kid Mohair, Merino & Bamboo and Superwash Merino & Tencel. These look good enough to eat...but I don't recommend it, even if your doctor DID tell you to add a little more fiber to your diet! But, adding these to your spinning and felting fiber diet is perfectly satisfactory!
