I think my boss and co-worker in the Front Range of Colorado feel the same way. They are complaining of the cold already! It's still nice here in Oregon.
Hey all...in a hurry tonight after internet outage several hours ago. These are Penstemon flowers - which the deer, horses and llamas don't eat, which is awesome because I LOVE the purple color to them! We're supposed to have a nice weekend - just in time to put up more hay - woo hoo!!!

It looks like lavender! I love going to the lavender fields this time of year.
