A Spectacular Sunrise!

We got up early this morning, even with the time change. Animals don't do time changes; their internal clocks don't recognize Daylight Savings Time or the cessation of it. Hence, we got to witness this spectacular sunrise. None of these photos are photoshopped in any way - I haven't even downsized or cropped them; I just downloaded them off my camera. The entire landscape was bathed in this fabulous red glow. Enjoy!!!

Brenda,

That is the most incredible sky I have ever seen. Wow, just amazing. I'm really glad you chose to post the pictures.

Beautiful photos! So does this mean that you all go on all year without acknowledging day light savings, or do you ease them into it?

Sara: Isn't it though?! I'm so happy I had the camera "locked and loaded" so I could grab it and get these shots. I HAD to share them!
Ruth: Me, too!
Nancy: We ease the animals into daylight savings time and back out of it. I've been working for weeks to adjust the horses' feeding schedule so that they aren't anxiously awaiting their meals; that tends to make them prone to colic, so I have adjusted their feeding time a bit later each day for weeks.
