Tweaking Picasa collages

Today Deb at Storybeader suggested that I thicken the lines between the photos I posted yesterday. So tonight I did just that and I think she made an excellent suggestion - what do you think?

I also changed the background grid coloring on both to more closely match the dominant color in the photos - I didn't realize how much sand was in the photos of Kemui!

You can click on the images to view them full screen.

See yesterday's post for the original collages - I saved these new ones in place of the original ones so couldn't post them side by side for viewing.

She made an excellent suggestion and they look great. I had to go back and look at the first ones you did to compare. I do like them with the thicker lines.

Thanks Ann, I like them better, too. I wish I had saved the second ones without erasing the first! but if you scroll back and forth you can really see the difference and I like it a lot better.

These look great! They would make super reverse sides for business cards. Costs extra I know, but it would be really neat!

Those look just super! I didn't know about the line feature in the Picasa collage function--so thanks for that tip, too!

Brenda - I am giving a vinyl banner away too! Just look at the upper right hand corner of the blog. All of the giveaways are listed there.
Good luck!!!!

Pricilla - SQUEEEEE!!! Okay, I'm off to enter THAT giveaway, too!!! We have wanted to do a banner for years but after paying for hay, supplies, feed, etc., there just never seems to be enough left over. Okay, I'm off to enter... THANKS!!!

I think she made a great suggestion although I would have never thought of it myself! Looks fabulous! I'll have to check out Picasa sometime.

NO WAY! I cannot wait until naptime today so that I can browse your site! Just popped in from SITS and your world is so different from mine--it'll be my little treat to fall away a little this afternoon. Your photos look gorgeous--and your Etsy store?! woo-hoo! what a treat!

Yes, the changes in the pics are great. But even better are the gorgeous critters!

I like the new version, too. It's funny how I never would have thought of doing that...but since she made the suggestion - and you followed it - it's like, "der! Why didn't I think of that??"!

Adorable pictures. What a sweet baby!

I hope all is well. I've been stopping in, just not saying much. :) xx
